What exactly do I get for ₹3,999/month + GST?

You get a professional business website, hosting, SSL, maintenance, routine content updates, SEO-ready setup and 2 blogs per month. This is the founding member plan for the first 100 Vyntra customers.

Why are you offering this at such a low price?

Vyntra is built on a modern AI-assisted workflow that helps reduce traditional website production costs while still maintaining high-quality design, hosting and management standards. The ₹3,999/month pricing is also part of our founding member launch offer for the first 100 customers.

Is there any upfront cost?

No. There is no separate setup fee, design fee or hosting fee for the founding member plan.

Is there a limit to the number of pages?

Yes. The founding member plan includes websites up to 10 pages. Additional pages can be added later at a nominal per-page cost.

How does billing work?

Billing is done monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment is required by the 5th of the same month. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension of hosting and website services.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Hosting and SSL are included in the monthly plan.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your domain remains yours. We can help connect the website to your existing domain. If you do not have a domain yet, we can guide you on buying one in your own name.

Do I own the website?

Your business and website presence remain yours. If you remain with Vyntra for at least 12 months and then cancel, we will provide a complete backup ZIP of your website which can be taken to another provider.

If I cancel, will I get the website files?

Yes. Clients who stay with Vyntra for at least 12 months receive a complete backup ZIP of their website upon cancellation, which can be used with any future provider.

What kind of updates are included?

Routine content updates are included. This includes changes such as phone number updates, address changes, service text edits, image replacement, timing updates and small content corrections. New pages, major redesigns or structural changes may be quoted separately.

How do I request changes?

Just WhatsApp us. That is the main support flow. We keep the process simple so you do not need to manage technical dashboards.

How long does it take to go live?

Most business websites are launched within 7–14 working days after receiving the required business information, content inputs and approvals.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. In many cases, we can redesign and modernize your existing website under the Vyntra plan, provided the requirement fits within the information website scope.

Is this for ecommerce websites?

No. This plan is for information-led business websites with pages, enquiry forms and blog sections. Ecommerce, payment gateways and inventory systems are outside this plan.

Can I use this to build a SaaS platform?

No. The current Vyntra founding plan is designed for managed business websites and informational websites. SaaS-enabled managed platforms and custom software systems are planned for a future offering.
