What is Vyntra?
Vyntra is a managed website service for businesses. We help you build, host and maintain a professional business website or ecommerce store without requiring you to manage technical work yourself.
What plans are currently available?
Vyntra currently offers two main plans: the managed business website plan starting at ₹3,999/month + GST and Vyntra Ecommerce starting at ₹7,499/month + GST.
Who is Vyntra meant for?
Vyntra is designed for business owners, consultants, clinics, coaching centres, professional firms, local businesses, service providers, homegrown brands, D2C brands and ecommerce sellers who want a professional online presence without managing website technology themselves.
Is Vyntra a freelancer service or an agency service?
Vyntra is structured as a managed service. The aim is to give businesses a clear monthly plan for website creation, hosting, maintenance and routine support instead of a one-time build-and-forget project.
What exactly do I get for ₹3,999/month + GST?
You get a professional business website, hosting, SSL, maintenance, routine content updates, SEO-ready setup and 2 blogs per month. This is the founding member plan for the first 100 Vyntra customers.
Why are you offering the business website plan at this price?
Vyntra uses a modern AI-assisted workflow and repeatable website production process to reduce traditional website development costs while still maintaining a professional design, hosting and management standard. The ₹3,999/month price is also part of the founding member offer.
Is there any upfront setup cost for the business website plan?
No. There is no separate setup fee, design fee or hosting fee for the founding member business website plan.
How many pages are included in the business website plan?
The business website plan includes websites up to 10 pages. Additional pages can be added later at a nominal per-page cost.
What type of websites are covered under the ₹3,999 plan?
This plan is for information-led business websites such as service websites, company websites, consultant websites, clinic websites, coaching centre websites, restaurant websites, law firm websites, CA firm websites and similar professional websites.
Is ecommerce included in the ₹3,999 business website plan?
No. Ecommerce, cart, checkout, payment gateway integration, shipping integration and WooCommerce backend functionality are not included in the ₹3,999 business website plan. For ecommerce, you should look at Vyntra Ecommerce.
Are blogs included in the business website plan?
Yes. The plan includes 2 blogs per month. These are meant to keep the website active and support basic content-led visibility. Advanced SEO campaigns, backlinking, technical SEO projects or large-scale content strategies are separate services.
What is Vyntra Ecommerce?
Vyntra Ecommerce is a managed ecommerce website service where we build a custom-designed storefront on WordPress and WooCommerce. It includes WooCommerce backend setup, payment gateway integration, shipping integration, email setup, coupon functionality and backend training.
What is the price of Vyntra Ecommerce?
Vyntra Ecommerce starts at ₹7,499/month + GST. This plan is meant for businesses that want a professionally built WooCommerce store with managed infrastructure and clear support boundaries.
How many products are supported in the ecommerce plan?
The standard Vyntra Ecommerce plan supports stores up to 50 products. Larger catalogs, catalog migration or additional product setup support can be discussed separately.
Who uploads the products in the ecommerce plan?
The customer uploads and manages the actual products. Vyntra will add 2–3 dummy or sample products for testing and training, but ongoing product upload, product descriptions, images, pricing, stock updates and catalog management are the customer’s responsibility.
Will Vyntra train me to use the ecommerce backend?
Yes. We will provide a basic backend walkthrough so you can add products, edit pricing, manage stock, view orders and use standard WooCommerce coupon functionality.
Do I need my own payment gateway account?
Yes. You need your own payment gateway account such as Razorpay, PayU or another supported provider. You are responsible for account creation, KYC, approvals, transaction charges, settlements, refunds and disputes. Vyntra’s role is limited to technical integration with the website.
Do I need my own shipping partner account?
Yes. You need your own shipping/logistics account such as Shiprocket or another supported provider. Vyntra can technically integrate supported shipping partners, but pickup, delivery, COD, returns, logistics charges and shipping operations remain your responsibility.
Are payment gateway and shipping charges included?
No. Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, shipping partner charges, courier costs, COD fees, platform subscriptions and any third-party charges are not included in the Vyntra monthly fee.
Is coupon functionality included?
Yes. Standard WooCommerce coupon functionality can be enabled. However, creating, managing, monitoring and running promotional campaigns remains the customer’s responsibility.
Will Vyntra manage my ecommerce orders?
No. Order processing, fulfilment, packing, delivery coordination, customer support, cancellations, returns and refunds are customer responsibilities. Vyntra manages the website infrastructure, not ecommerce operations.
Do you provide custom ecommerce backend functionality?
No. The storefront/frontend can be custom-designed for your brand, but the backend ecommerce infrastructure is based on standard WooCommerce functionality. Custom backend workflows, ERP integration, accounting sync, marketplace sync, mobile apps and advanced custom software are outside the standard plan.
Are paid plugins included?
No. Paid plugins, premium WooCommerce extensions, third-party tools and external software subscriptions are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Do you guarantee ecommerce sales?
No. Vyntra provides ecommerce infrastructure, design, setup and technical support. Sales, traffic, conversions and business performance depend on your products, pricing, market demand, marketing, customer service and operations.
How does billing work?
Billing is done monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment is required by the 5th of the same month. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension of website and hosting services.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included in the monthly plan for both the business website plan and Vyntra Ecommerce, subject to reasonable usage and the agreed plan scope.
What happens if I stop paying?
If payment is not made within the required billing period, the website service may be temporarily suspended. Continued non-payment may result in the website being taken offline until dues are cleared.
If I cancel, will I get the website files?
Yes. Clients who remain with Vyntra for at least 12 months and then cancel will receive a complete backup ZIP of their website, which can be taken to another provider.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain should remain in your own name. We can help connect your domain to your website. If you do not have a domain yet, we can guide you on buying one in your own name.
What kind of updates are included?
Routine frontend content updates are included. This includes changes such as phone number updates, address changes, service text edits, image replacement, timing updates and small content corrections. New pages, major redesigns, backend functionality changes, new integrations or structural changes may be quoted separately.
How do I request changes?
You can request routine changes over WhatsApp. We keep the process simple so that you do not need to manage technical dashboards or chase multiple vendors.
Are unlimited revisions included?
No. Vyntra is designed as a structured managed service. Reasonable routine updates are included, but unlimited revisions, frequent redesigns, campaign-level changes or large-scale content changes are not included in the standard monthly plan.
How long does it take to go live?
Most business websites are launched within 7–14 working days after receiving the required business information, content inputs and approvals. Ecommerce stores may take longer depending on integrations, third-party access and client readiness.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. In many cases, we can redesign and modernize your existing website under the appropriate Vyntra plan, provided the requirement fits within the agreed scope.
Can I use Vyntra to build a SaaS platform?
No. Vyntra’s current plans are designed for managed business websites and WooCommerce ecommerce stores. SaaS platforms, custom dashboards, portals, apps and software products are outside the current standard plans.
Do you offer marketplace integrations like Amazon or Flipkart?
No. Marketplace listing management and marketplace integrations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Myntra are outside the standard Vyntra Ecommerce scope.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO-ready setup is included. This means clean page structure, basic metadata and search-friendly setup. Full SEO campaigns, keyword strategy, backlinking, technical SEO audits and ongoing ranking work are separate services.
Is social media or advertising included?
No. Social media management, Meta ads, Google ads, campaign creatives, ad account management and performance marketing are not included in the standard Vyntra website or ecommerce plans.
