Who uploads the products?
The customer uploads and manages the actual products. Vyntra will add 2–3 dummy or sample products for testing and training purposes, but ongoing product upload, product descriptions, product images, pricing and catalog management are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I manage products, orders and pricing myself?
Yes. The WooCommerce backend is set up so you can add products, edit prices, manage stock, view orders, create coupons and operate the store backend yourself.
Are payment gateway charges included?
No. Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, KYC requirements, disputes, refunds and settlements are handled directly between you and your payment provider. Vyntra’s role is limited to technical integration with your website.
Do I need my own payment gateway and shipping accounts?
Yes. You must create and maintain your own third-party accounts such as Razorpay, PayU, Shiprocket or other supported providers. You will need to provide required login/API access for integration.
Is shipping operation included?
No. Vyntra can integrate your supported shipping partner technically, but pickup, delivery, logistics charges, COD, returns and shipping operations remain your responsibility.
Can I use coupons?
Yes. Standard WooCommerce coupon functionality will be enabled. Creating and managing coupon campaigns is the customer’s responsibility.
Can I add more than 50 products?
The standard ecommerce plan supports stores up to 50 products. Larger catalogs, catalog migration or additional product setup support can be discussed separately.
Do you provide custom ecommerce backend functionality?
No. The frontend storefront may be custom-designed for your brand, but the ecommerce backend is based on standard WooCommerce functionality. Custom backend workflows, ERP integration, accounting sync, marketplace sync or advanced custom software are outside the standard plan.
Are plugin costs included?
No. Paid plugins, premium WooCommerce extensions, third-party tools and external software subscriptions are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Do you guarantee ecommerce sales?
No. Vyntra provides ecommerce infrastructure, design, setup and technical support. Sales, traffic, conversions and business performance depend on your products, pricing, marketing, operations and customer demand.
